OK, I found it. I was looking in C:\Users\dgoldstein\Documents\My
Pictures\Archive, but Firefox saved it to a folder with _nearly
identical contents_ at C:\Users\dgoldstein\Pictures\Archive. Go know.

I assume you used File > Open to open it in those apps. Was there
anything unusual about the file name (weird characters, maybe)? Did you
try File > Save As to save it to a new location/name?
