Honestly, I haven't thought of a manual as a "separate" thing since I was at Scott DeLoach's presentation at WinWriters 2007 (http://www.clickstart.net/presentations/embeddedua_writersua07.pdf)

With embedded UA, the user probably doesn't even know they are getting the help they need.
