Hi Bobbi,

The fastest way to create hyperlinks is <ctrl>-<k> . You can link to
any heading in the document. If you want to link to any internal
paragraph text, you need to specify a bookmark.

The document map is a funny beast and I'd like to learn more about it
myself. If your document maintains a consistent structure using
heading styles, it usually works without a glitch. However, if you
apply direct formatting to any of the headings, it breaks.

Sad, because I often want the document title page at the top of the
document map, but depending on how I change the title format I may
lose the map entirely.
