List members are much more likely to be able to help if you specify at least the following:

-- What HAT you're using (e.g., RoboHelp, Mif2Go).
-- What kind of help output you're creating (e.g., MS HTMLHelp, Oracle Help).
-- What language the application is in (e.g., Java, C#).
