For single-sourcing with FrameMaker, I'd honestly go with WebWorks
ePublisher or Mif2Go, but of the two choices, I'd go with a Technical
Communication Suite purchase and get the linked versions of FrameMaker
and RoboHelp. Not that there's anything at all wrong with Flare, but
the linking really gives RoboHelp an edge with FrameMaker. For
stand-alone authoring in a HAT, I'd choose Flare in a heartbeat.
