Hello All,

I am in a frazzle at the moment...I just got off the phone with Adobe customer support trying to find out if there is a way to upgrade my RoboHelp 6 version to RoboHelp 8...and I became very frustrated. The story:

My purchasing department purchased an upgrade from RoboHelp 8 to RoboHelp 9. Unfortunately, I only have RoboHelp 6. When I talked with Adobe about returning the software, they said it is not possible because I had already tried to install it (my fault completely...I did not read the box thoroughly). Now, I am on a mission to find an upgrade to version 8, so that I may upgrade to version 9.

Can anyone help me?

Mit freundlichen Grüßen / Best regards

BeQIK
