I don't know whether you're an STC member, but STC has a SIG devoted to user
accessibility, the Accessibility SIG, with a web site at
http://www.stc-access.org/. Karen Mardahl, who is an American writer living
and working in Denmark, has been active in that SIG. She has a personal blog
that often discusses accessibility issues at http://www.mardahl.dk/, which
may direct you to other resources.
