The company I work for is implementing a new financial system that comes with its own online help (.chm). They using 3rd party add-ons from other vendors to replace some of the built-in modules, and customizing other built-in modules.

The main system, as I said, has its own .chm.  But that's not going to reflect any customizations or changes that were made.  The 3rd party add-ons have their own .chm files that launch if you're in one of those windows and press F1. But, let's say, you're in the main system and don't know that you're not supposed to use the built-in check printing function. What to do then?

Has anyone ever had to deal with this before?

Any help appreciated.
