I have a line in a manual:

If the user calls in for ticket status, please advise them to contact ...


I click on advise to see why Microsoft is flagging it.

They say it should be advice. So according to Microsoft, I am confused and I really need to put a noun in where I have a verb.

Hmmmm.

Oh well, anyone can write. Especially with Microsoft correcting spelling and grammar for you.
