Hi everyone,

I'm in a pickle right now. A year ago, we started publishing our online library of legal documents with Madcap Flare...but we've discovered a couple of weird bugs with that tool that have caused us to lose confidence in that tool (for example, if you have a bulleted list with a footnote at the end of the last list item, Flare automatically deletes that final list item).

I didn't choose DocToHelp at the time, because even their sales person agreed that their tool couldn't handle footnotes either. Now, I'm looking at RoboHelp again and it seems to explode whenever I try to import a Word file that is larger than 250 pages.

Anyone have a suggestion? Seriously...this is not going well.
