Try copying the .hlp file (plus the corresponding .cnt file if there is one
in the same directory) to your Desktop or someplace else on your c:\ drive
and then double-clicking the .hlp file.

Does anyone know how to digitally sign a .hlp file? We're getting an
"Unknown Publisher" message when we open a .hlp file from a network share.

Thanks!
