Hello, TechWR-L-ers,

Iâm working on my electronic portfolio. Iâve received permission from clients to post excerpts from docs that are labeled âProprietary and Confidentialâ. So, whatâs the correct way to show these:

* As is, with an explanation on the page where you click to view the doc that Iâve received permission to post this.

* Go back to my source files and remove the âProprietary and Confidentialâ designation, and I guess change the Doc Last Revised date so that itâs clear that this is not actually the doc as it was initially distributed.

* Some sort of Acrobat header addition where I put in an explanation that the doc is now âdeclassifiedâ. Not sure if thatâs the right word for something that wasnât actually âclassifiedâ in a national security classification sense...

* Some other way?

Thanks for your input,
