Adobe has a page listing the CMSs supported by FM out of the box, as
well as links to third-party connectors for CMS.

I have no recommendation on a solution, because I've never had to move
from non-managed to managed content. They either had it or they didn't
when I came on board, and nothing changed before I left, nor were
there projects to do so in the companies that didn't have a CMS in
place.
