What the heck is a Star Wars crawl?

I would prefer to see a clean, nicely designed, error-free resume AND something that makes a candidate stand out. I hate boring, nor would I want to work for boring.

One writer at my last job had not changed her objective, in which she was applying for some educational position. We called her on it, and had a good laugh. She was hired and turned out to be quite excellent. Not the type of thing we are talking about here, I know, but when the experience fits I would rather take the time to speak to the candidate in person. IN PERSON. None of this phone-screen crap.
