Vertical Line in Sidehead

Hi, guys...FM11.
I'm using sideheads. This is to previously replicate a format that was done
in Word using one big table.

I'd like to figure out if I can put a vert line in the space between the
sidehead and the main content section on the page. Between the horizontal
line extending across as part of the sidehead format, and this vertical
line, I would be able to more closely replicate the Word third-party form
that was supplied to me.
