Editing screenshots in SnagIt is great, unless your material is to be
translated into different languages. I've found that adding circles, boxes,
and such is ok, but for callouts, I use numbers and then add a legend (using
Word) below the image. This allows the translation (program or agency) to do
their work without having to have the *.snag files along with the Word
document.

Hi all,

Many of you probably already know this, but I had to figure it out
recently...I found MS Word horribly buggy when I tried to use its drawing
tool to put circles into the screen shots...it kept causing the screen shots
to jump to another part of the page! :-b

So now I edit the screen shots in SnagIt or whatever graphics tool I have on
hand, before inserting them into Word.

Thanks for reading.
