Depending on the contract, I shoot my own product shots, capture screenshots
or video, and create all my own illustrations using SnagIt, Photoshop
Elements, GIMP, CorelDraw, and Corel Paintshop Photo Pro. All the photo
programs are the result of being a professional photographer in addition to
technical writing. My mainstay is Photoshop and CorelDraw. I can also use
Visio, but can't afford to buy a copy.
