Not to sound anti-Semitic, but the Hebrew Wikipedia should in no way be considered the standard to which all of Wikipedia should be held. Sorry.

Is your article about someone "encyclopedic" enough that school-aged children might search for him? If not, then desiring an English Wikipedia page is probably unnecessary ego-stroking, and the Wikipedia antibodies will work to reject its infection.
