Subject: regex tutorial?

Some time ago, someone here (I think I saw it here) posted a link to a
good tutorial about using regular expressions. I didn't need it then,
so I didn't save it, but I need it now. Can someone point me to one?
There's no such thing as useless information; only information I
haven't used yet.
