Mike is correct. I probably was not as clear as I should have been in the
original post.

Employer A is my previous, long-term employer.

Employer B is the present employer. They have me working with Company C.
With B I have an agreement which states I will give them 2 weeks notice.
There is a clause about soliciting, and I'd need to wait 180 days before
contacting C.
