Most contract staffing agencies are also direct-employment agencies. A client wanting to hire a contracted worker direct pays a percentage of the new hire's salary (typically, 10-20 per cent of the first-year salary, paid after the employee clears a 90-day probation period). Basically, the same as if the agency had recruited you for the client as a direct-hire in the first place.
