In our last couple of releases I've been mostly using labels onengineering issues: doc### for things I need to write about,
doc###done for things I've completed.
Oh, yes -- I should've sent an update since I raised this topic! I couldn't get our JIRA administrator to make any changes just now to the real configuration of things.
So as Robert has done, I've started using a bunch of my own labels. This doesn't help workflow or anything, but it does answer my immediate need: an easy way (via filters) to determine how many open issues there are for a variety of categories (docs-pdf-issues, docs-rel-notes, docs-requirements, tech-pubs-task, etc.)
So no real resolution, nor is it necessarily effective, but it will do for now.
