Hello Robart,

I am very curious about this but you will need to offer up some real names
ending in an apostrophe. As far as I am aware, none exist. It is more
likely that such name(s) do not originate from the Latin alphabet and do
correctly use the diacritical mark in a correct manner (might actually be a
pronunciation glyph).

Looking forward to your example(s).
