Can't Install mif2go

   Hi, everyone.
   I just downloaded mif2go and have followed the installation
   instructions here to the letter:

   When I type dcl in my command window, I get an error message.
   I don't remember having to do this when I installed mif2go in the past.
   I just remember moving .dlls and some other files into the correct
   directories. Does anyone know if this is the correct installation
   procedure?
   I really need this to work!
