It's been FIFTEEN years since the code was enacted and FIVE years since the Sun lawsuit was finally settled. And probably about ten years since the last time there was enough of a tech boom for writers to be putting in much overtime. You've already seen all the impact you're ever going to see.

And that's my last word on it. Let's check back in five years to see what happened. If we even remember that anything ever did.
