There's some fairly useful stuff on http://www.techtarget.com/network,
also. I vaguely remember having to subscribe to certain newsletters, which
showcase various reports and white papers. They are useful for general
knowledge, but the contents tend to be written by people who work for
companies trying to sell a product or solution, so once you get out of the
general information, I'd suggest doing some research elsewhere. But it's
still a useful starting point.
