Inland Empire interview attire

I am used to the Silicon Valley culture, but I have an interview Monday for
a Senior Technical Writer position at a hardware high-tech company in
Temecula.



Is the following appropriate interview attire? Dockers, open-collar dress
shirt without a tie, and a sports coat.
