Yup. I cannot reproduce the problem, either. So, for that reason, I
thought, perhaps, my colleague was doing something different than what he
was telling me. And, for that reason, I asked on here, thinking if there
were an obvious something, I would find out. It appears the cause is not
obvious.

Don't worry about it any more.
