You're watching the video on how to change the frammis valve, and the video mechanic says, "Now one thing you've got to watch out for is if you have the orange adjustment screw right here. Most of the models were assembled with the green screw, but if you have the orange one, for gosh sake DON'T TOUCH IT or the end of your dipstick will fall off!"
