I had Windows 10 for three weeks. It was a conversion from Windows 7 PC with
an i5-4670K CPU, 64bit OS, and 8 GB of RAM.
Windows 10 slowed down my computer so much that I had trouble loading WORD
2010.
After three weeks of this molasses, I went to the Microsoft website looking
for a solution. It asked me if I wanted to revert to Windows 7. Heck Yes I
said. Now that I'm back on Windows 7, my PC is the fireball that it used to
be.

To all:

I apologize if this is off-topic for the group, but I feel impelled to ask
the question. What have your experiences been with upgrading a PC to
Windows 10? Are the benefits worth the changes?

BTW, I'm currently using Windows 8.1 on a machine with a "4th generation
...i5-4430 processor," 12GB DDR3 RAM, and a 2TB hard drive, so I have no
doubt the hardware can handle the upgrade.

Thanks!
