Job postings aren't allowed on the list itself - that's why you never see them. But TECHWR-L has a separate job board at http://jobs.techwhirl.com/

When I'm looking for work, the main places I look are LinkedIn and Craig's List.

I've never seen job postings on this list. The STC is dead to me.
