Wow, thanks for all the responses!

Just to make it clear - I'm not asking how to tell the user to answer a
check box/toggle switch question. My audience is the product's system
admins, who will be writing their own questions. I need to tell the admins
something to the effect of, "You can create five different types of
questions," where one of them is what used to be called "check box." (We
designate question types by the format of answer they have; for comparison,
"dropdown" is another type.) So I'm trying to figure out a short,
descriptive new name for the "check box" option. I'm leaning toward
"Multiple Answers" to emphasize the end-user experience rather than the
functionality used to get there. That way, if this changes again up the
road, I don't have to change the documentation.

Of course, this means the Dev Team is going to have to change all of
*their* references in the UI from "check box" to something else. They are
going to LOVE me ... :)
