Hi Joe.
Start by keeping the steps simple.
1. Select Customer> Name or press F2 followed by "1".
2. Enter the customer name, and press Enter. You will be asked to
confirm this entry.
After you confirm the entry, a window is displayed that allows you
to enter information about the customer.
3. Use the radio buttons (dots) at the upper left of the window to
select how you want TF to prefill some of the customer information.
Selecting Geographic Region does {xxxx}. Selecting Zip Code will fill
in the postal information when you enter the ZIP code.
As you enter information in the fields, TF will assist you by
presenting a selection box with acceptable information. To select an
offered option, either double-click on it or press F1 or F2 {need to
describe what these options do}. TF will then populate the fields based
on your selection.

Does this help?

I'm not sure of the best way to handle "if . . . then" situations.
There
are three ways a user could proceed in filling out part of the

are common, one is not. Can anyone point me in the direction of some
advice
on how to proceed? Any help appreciated.
