Considering that there could be a chance that bulleted lists could be
automatically generated, I'm of the mind that single item lists are
acceptable. This holds especially true of the other sections all use
bullets. It looks odd when three sections appear parallel except for one,
because of blind adherence to a academic rule that breaks the visual model.

But of course, it all depends.
