You could create one or more sets of slides, and keep them somewhere like google docs or share point.
I would recommend starting with a meeting to discuss tools, who will develop which content, where it will be stored to facilitate joint access, and keep from overwriting, review cycles, and so forth.
You donât have to have the answers at that session, and in fact it is better if you donât. The most important thing is not the technology, but building the relationship, and figuring out how you want to cooperate. They might have some good answers and you need to be ready to hear them. Come out of that meeting with a list of what you know, what need to figure out, and your options. There are a lot of good technological solutions to any problem. What you will be able to do will depend on what your company owns or is willing to buy.
The key now is to create a good working relationship and hopefully this will be the first partnership of many.

Although the slides would cover a subset to fit actual training sessions, the subset is large enough for us to consider avoiding duplication of effort between the departments. Is there a way to avoid such duplication and work in parallel?
