This probably isn't right for your department, but I want to say for the
record that I miss "Technical Publications" or TechPubs for short. Not sure
why.

Unfortunately, I don't have a good option for you. The few times I've
worked in the bank/financial sectors I've been in other types of
departments, not specifically ones devoted to documentation.
