Hi, guys....long time.
Way long.
My department has been expanded and I'll be managing it.
Congratulations!
For the org chart (and for other reasons), my manager asked me what I
wanted to call the department.
You want the title to make sense on the org chart and be brief.
If "Business Procedures and Writing" as suggested does not work well, then perhaps, Business Documents could work.
The my personal title is another issue
because our group just has never had someone who only does documentation
and they are still trying to come up with a slot in the hierarchy.
Business Documentalist??? No. Not that.
Business Documents Writer or Business Writer may work.
