Hi All,

I wanted to make a cheat sheet or checklist to help administrators of our
product get everything ready and gather all relevant information.

I am contemplating a fillable form/cheat sheet/check list. Some items in
the "list" are pure check list items, such as "check that your VM
environment meets the requirements <link to requirements>".
Others are input fields where you can fill in the relevant details before
you then check the item done.
The idea of doing it this way is that an administrator who needs to e.g.
get an LDAP administrator to add groups and provide LDAP server info can
just forward the form and ask the LDAP administrator to make the relevant
preparations and fill in the corresponding information.

What would you call such a digital "before you start" document?

Thank you,
