PDFs on a network drive, accessible by a menu system. The engineers as
well as the technicians who are building the item add their comments, we
check regularly (or sometimes get a notification from the commenter) and
can usually do a quick turnaround.
Advantage: everyone sees everyone elseâs comments.
Disadvantage: one person leaving the PDF open can make it very difficult to
update the file.
