Regarding Glen's comment about choosing colors to produce good quality
grayscale images:

3. The colors don't have to look good on screen, just on paper. You'll be
amazed how yellow buttons with blue borders look when printed. Of
you'll have to experiment, but you should be able to find a scheme using
only primary colors.

One good way to do this is to capture the color palette or color editor or
whatever it's called, then print it. When you examine the output, you'll be
able to see how each color looks as a shade of gray. When I did this, as
Glen found, I was surprised at the results. You'll wind up eliminating lots
of color choices because they'll all either print the same or look
