Phil Flories (CQE, CQT, CQA), has 20 years experience in MotorolaUs Six Sigma,
Quality Engineering, training, and team facilitation.
He is currently serving on
the Quality Texas Board of Judges and Greater Austin Quality Awards committee.
He is an instructor for these groups including ASQC. Phil will provide the
introductory presentation defining Total Quality Management and provide the
insights on how quality involves documentation.
Becky Howard, has previously been Apple Computers Publications Manager. Her
"Voice of the Customer" will be from the perspective of how she would do things
differently now that she is a Quality Assurance Manager. Apple has won several
STC National awards for their publications.
Forrest Breyfogle (CQE, CRE), is president of Smarter Solutions. His workshop
methods give hands on experiences for understanding quality tools and measuring
improvement. He has written and had published;
Statistical Methods for Testing,
Development, and Manufacturing.
Steve Jackson (CQA), principle engineer of S.D. Jackson and Associates consults
and trains on the ISO Series, quality auditing, and quality systems. He will
explain the requirements for documenting quality.
