Unconventional Resumes

I think that unconventional resumes (brochures and the like) are very risky.
A hiring manager puts their reputation on the line with each hire he or she
makes. They want you to be NORMAL, because normal is less risky.

Write a conventional resume with a great design that's impeccably written
and edited. It demonstrates a command of our craft.
