Anybody know any good sources for a structural design outline for on-line
software documentation (specifically on-screen help files for Windows-based
applications software)? I'm a technical writer for a small electronics
company (cellular network test hardware and analysis software) that's
switching its primary documentation from paper to on-line, starting with
help files and later expanding to tutorials/CBT.

Any suggestions welcome. Please reply directly to Dan Dornbrook, Technical
Publications, Electronic Systems Division, SAFCO Corp., Chicago, IL 60631,
phone 1-800-843-755, EMAIL DJD -at- SAFCO -dot- COM (or DJD -at- CHICAGO -dot- SAFCO -dot- COM,
depending on whatever these things depend on). Thanks!!! :-)
