Since it's clear from the example that the requirement applies to any
of the plans, why not simply say: "Include [specify who should do the
inclusion] this component in _any_ SIP..." (underscore for emphasis,
not to suggest that you use italics). If you prefer more words, how
about: "Every blahblahblah requirs a blehblehbleh, provided by the
bluhbluhbluh." [Note the careful use of nonsexist language by using a
neuter noun!]
