Question 1: Do you already have and use Windows on your system? If not, don't
bother - you can do far better.

Question 2: What kind of system do you use now for access to the 'net? Is it
a SLIP/PPP connection? Unix shell? Mail gateway through a BBS or UUCP
dialup?
