Rikki Nyman asked about the difference between release notes and
updates. The main difference seems to be that release notes accompany
new software releases (e.g,. how you can use the new features we
provided), whereas updates are enhancements (e.g., improved
descriptions) or corrections (typos, incorrect or misleading specs,
etc.) to existing manuals, for which the software hasn't changed.
