I am a (non Findlay) student in a tech writing certification program,
with a BS in Ecology and Systematic Biology. I have followed the list
now for about a month, and notice that most of the posts originate from
tech writers in the hardware/software/engineering type fields.

I would like to hear from tech writers, if there are any out there, in the
life sciences/ecology/archaeology fields. What kinds of firms employ
writers in these fields? What kinds of documents do these firms
generate?

I'm sure if I knew more, I could think of more questions.

Any information, or direction to information, would be appreciated.

Thank you.
