the license was passed to SCO in September,
however the (registered) trademark remains with X/Open Company Limited
(i checked with our Legal department).

we use much the same note in our copyright pages:

UNIX is a registered trademark in the USA and other countries,
licensed exclusively through X/Open Company Limited.
