Does anybody know if this "name" is protected/Registered/TM'd etc. ?

Claris is a software Company.
Clarus is the Dogcow.

It was the subject of Macintosh Tech Note #31. It's a character from the Apple
font "Cairo" (now won't *that* start the conspiracy theories flowing!) so I
would suspect it's protected at least in that manner.

It has appeared on T-Shirts and buttons from Apple, so I'd suspect it's also
protected in another way as well, though that's only a guess. Probably the only
one who knows for sure is Mark Harlan (the TW at Apple who wrote TN #31).

Moof!

Have fun,

If JCI had an opinion on this, they'd hire someone else to deliver it.
