Last Word on Certification

At least for this go-round.

What I would like to see if certification ever gets off the ground is a
list of acceptance criteria (for lack of a better term) on what the
different levels of tech writer should be able to do. I know it sounds
like a job description, but if you're like I am, your company's
description of a tech writer is generic enough to be absolutely useless.

If we had a basic skills list, then someone could fill those prereqs with
either experience, degree, or the certification program itself.

Just another .02 from the anti-cert crowd.
